Paul retired in 2021 after 47 years of company service at the K-25 and Y-12 sites. He held several positions at Y-12 serving as Division Manager of the Assembly, Facilities Management, and Special Materials Organizations and Director of Manufacturing.

At the K-25 Site he served as an Operations Engineer and K-31 Building Manager.

He received a BS degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh in 1975 and a MS degree in Engineering Administration from the University of Tennessee in 1979.

He serves as Chair of the Nominations Committee and a member of the Planning Committee and a Contractor Contact for Y-12/CNS.
