Tony Chilcoat is a retired Y-12 Program Manger. He has a Mechanical Engineering degree from the University of Tennessee.

Tony worked at Y-12 for forty years. While at Y-12 he worked on several weapons programs and in various design positions in Y-12 Engineering Division.

After retirement from Y-12 in 2000, he worked for Pro2Serve as the Facility Security Officer as well as consulting on various projects at Los Alamos and Sandia Albuquerque.
