Judy Kibbe retired in 1996 after 21 years at ORNL. She worked in several organizations, including as Secretary in Personnel and Fusion Energy, and as manager of the Word Processing Center in Engineering Technology (ETD). She also worked in the Health and Safety section and in Program Development for ETD. She holds a B.S and M.A. in Management from Tusculum College.

She volunteered at the Oak Ridge studio of Recording for the Blind and Dyslexic (before it closed) and as a crew member and Tour Director on the WWII vintage bombers (B-24 Liberator and B-29 Superfortress) with the Commemorative Air Force. She was Production Manager on the CORRE DVD project. She came to Oak Ridge from San Diego where she worked for General Atomic for 10 years.

She was first associated with CORRE in 2006 as an advisor; she became a Board Member in 2008.

Judy is the CORRE Communications Director. She is also Chair of the Communications Committee and a member of the Executive Committee, the Annual Meeting Committee, and the Web Site Committee.
