Debbie Randolph retired from the Y-12 Plant in September 2017 after 37 years of service. Debbie worked in Human Resources during her career with Y-12 primarily in Benefit Plans as Supervisor of the Call Center and Disability Services (Short/Long Term disability and FMLA).

Debbie also played a major role in the development of the Retiree Center in the early 1990s servicing all retirees in Oak Ridge, Portsmouth, and Paducah.

Debbie serves on the the Annual Meeting Committee, the Pension Fund Analysis Committee, and the Contractor Contacts Committee.
