• Nominations—Walsilko for Rogers
• The Board decided to fill the three current vacancies on the 2023 Board of Directors in accordance with the CORRE BYLAWS. Accordingly, the Nominations Committee (represented by Paul Wasilko -- 2023 Nominations Committee Chair) in the absence of Jim Rogers (2022 Nominations Committee Chair) presented Tony Chilcoat, Nick Jessen, and Sam McSpadden to the Board as candidates to fill the three vacancies. These three individuals were approved unanimously by the Board of Directors and will begin serving a one-year term of office effective January 1, 2023.
