• Treasurer’s Reports for April & May – Approved.

• Nominations – Mason
• 2 nominees: Phil Sklad & Janet Swift
• Both were voted in unanimously.
• Hope to see them at July meeting.
• We are back to 22 members – full board.
• Nominations team to canvas existing board members regarding serving next year.

• Annual Meeting – McRae
• No new report.
• Possibly virtual or live-streaming.
• Questions: Outdoor meeting? Email meeting? Officers Re-election?

• CNS – Whitley
• Meeting request message to Diane Grooms.
• Bargaining unit voting on contract tomorrow.
• Benefit payment to gradually increase.
• Mason – have we gotten email back from Y-12 with questions regarding meeting?

• Golden Services – whitehead
• Issue with Tillery regarding email.
• No movement regarding spouse benefits issue.

• UCOR – Peterson
• Ted Myers retired in May; Charlie McLarkey taking his place.
• UCOR still working from home.
• Retiree info in a couple of weeks.

• Planning – Gibson’s email.

• Communications – Kibbe
• Photos/ bios ready for website.
• Looking for comments from board regarding web site.

• Website – Moving along with Terry Byrd.

• Other Sites – No report; McGrory retired.

• Legislative – No report.

• Pension Fund – Need Golden Services Annual Report.

• McRae – Short-term disability only 6 months now.
