• May Minutes – Approved as modified.

• May Treasurer’s Report – Approved.

• CNS – Wasilko
• Pantex removed from contract.
• CNS contract to be extended for 2 years.
• Gibson – Question regarding retiree numbers.
• Continuing problem connecting with Benefit Plans office at CNS.

• Golden Services – Rogers
• Meeting June 13 with HR Director (Brad Odum); Mike Golden to attend.
• Rogers to send out agenda.
• There are discrepancies between what the contractors have and what DOE has in proposed pension fund contributions.

• UCOR – Manrod
• Hickey – On May 23 transition activities wrap up.
• Request meeting on July 26 1:00 PM at 701 Scarboro Road Office. Limited to 3 CORRE attendees, but AGRE will defer their slots to us.
• New contract has no change regarding PGDP/PORTS.

• UT- Battelle – Hightower
• Meeting May 26 via Zoom.
• Will send out agenda.
• AF Notice compilation complete and sent out.

• Planning – Gibson
• No new report.
• Sent out historical UCC/LM newsletters.

• Nominations – Rogers
• Members have been notified regarding 2023 suggestions for Board.
• 4 current members to leave – Rogers, Kibbe, Davis, Swift.
• Looking for 6 new members.

• Communications – Kibbe
• Thanks to Lester for helping to get out mass email.
• Working on bulk email mailings plan.
• OR Retirees 2.0 is the retiree Facebook page.

• Website – Hubbard
• No new report.
• Nominations request has been put out.

• Other Sites – Stocks
• No new report.
• McRae – Email was sent to Sandia looking for retiree info.

• Government Relations – Whitley
• No new report.
• Elections are in play.
• Need to notify Fleischmann/Burchett re our testimony to be sent in.

• Annual Meeting – McRae
• No new report.
• Nov.7 at 2:00, Zoom.

• Pension Fund Analysis – Gibson
• Has pulled together OR notices and a few others.
• Cited Senior Citizens Committee Report regarding SS and inflation.
• OR contractor pension funds: CNS 106.45%; Golden Services 83.19%; UCOR 82.59%; UT-B 89.0%.

• By-laws – Swift
• No by-laws changes now; semi-annual review next year.
• Whitehead -- Annual audit issue.
• Cannot afford to hire it done.
• Need credentialed volunteer.
• Need to revise our by-laws regarding audit.
• Consensus is to wait until next year to address by-laws.
• Manrod – Give Janet a heads-up on this issue.

• Executive Committee – Whitehead
• Info packages nearing completion.
• Working on presentation forms of packages.
• Action plan in progress for “Road Show.”
• Manrod – What do we want to ask for?
• Suggestion: 2% spouse option correction; pension adjustment to 75% recovery of inflation loss; treat all retirees the same.
