• HR busy – onboarding 65 new people.
• In 2 years, split Y-12 and PANTEX.
• Meeting July 14 at 2:00 by WEBEX.

• Golden Services – Rogers
• No new report.
• Comments on preliminary solicitation – What is DOE going to do after December 2023?
• Comments on loss of spouse health care benefits – maybe not go to small business.
• Motion to send comments (Hightower) – seconded & approved.
• Copies to Johnny Moore, Zachariah, Congressional People.

• UCOR – Davis
• July 26 in-person meeting.
• WEX Health Inc. letter regarding life insurance rate increase – we do not pay premiums.

• UT-Battelle –Hightower
• No new report.

• Pension Increase Dry Run
• Dave’s Presentation delivered.
• Will set up meetings with Congressional people in August/September.

• Planning – Gibson
• Strategic Plan and Work Plan to include IRS reporting resolution.

• Nominations – Rogers
• 2 people (Teresa, Barry) committed – write-ups presented.
• Judy will stay another year.
• Vote on slate to be presented at Annual Meeting – approved.

• New email provider is on-board with our needs.

• Pension Fund Analysis – Gibson
• WIPP contract for N Mex awarded to a Bechtel group.
• Sent out June inflation information.
• Sent out Spouse Option example.
• Pension bail-out plan option brought up.

• By-laws
• Next year bi-annual revision to address annual audit, IRS reporting and state reporting responsibility.

• Executive Committee – Whitehead
• We have a great deal of backup to the presentation available.

• Ken Moore may not be able to complete.
• We should be looking for a volunteer to perform the audit.
• Annual audit is in our by-laws as a requirement.
• Teresa has a potential candidate she will call.
• IRS Reporting
• David Carr will file for us to catch us up to date (990 EZ).
• Need Lester’s signature.
• Will prepare letter of engagement for Dave to sign.
• Moving on to see if IRS will accept back issues of 990 EZ form.
• Discussion about adding Treasurer’s Report to Meeting Minutes – Deal with it next year with by-laws revision.
