• Nov Minutes – Approved with changes.

• Nov Treasurer’s Report – Approved.

• CNS – Randolph on meeting with CNS.
• They seemed to listen.
• By end of December, information to us regarding applying for catastrophic coverage.
• By March, feedback regarding putting on Express Scripts.
• They paid close attention to our presentation.
• They should be addressing issues with AON.
• Randolph will put out minutes of meeting.

• Golden Services – Whitehead
• Referred to meeting with Burchett.
• We have not seen promised letter to Tarcza.
• Discussion of DOE Sec Perry financial statement with respect to pension and health care costs.

• UCOR – No report
• More people were at AGRE meeting than CORRE Annual Meeting.

• UT-Battelle – No report.

• Planning – Gibson
• Meeting on Jan 8 planned.

• Nominations
• Introduced Cam Hubbard who is replacement member.
• Will approve at January meeting.

• CWP info on every day patriots not yet sent out.
• Question regarding what info to accompany pictures for website; bios.

• Terry Byrd (retiring Feb 1) working out website.
• Asked/agreed to be on our Advisory Committee.
