• Getting substantive feedback.
• Email sent out with details.
• New CEO (Rich Tighe)
• AON is now Alight.

• Golden Services
• No new report.
• DOE putting out rebidding interest.
• We recommended large contractor (i.e. ORNL).

• UCOR – Manrod
• No new report.
• ETTP listed as transitioning to legacy management.
• Hickey not aware of any changes.
• UCOR has 10 year contract.

• UT-Battelle – Hightower
• No new report.

• Planning – Gibson
• Work Plan, Strategic Plan, IRS filing will be kept up to date.

• Work is pretty well finished
• Info is on website.
• Communications – Kibbe
• Initial Annual Meeting alert sent out.
• Many bounced back (ATT issue).

• Working with Terry Byrd.

• McRae: According to John Veldman at SR, they made 3 attempts for pension benefits increase and failed.
• SR pension closed to new members in 2005.
• 401K went from 3% to 6% match.
• 1.2% multiplier smallest in complex.
• Surviving spouse option automatic; can buy up.
• $209/mo stipend going to $287/mo.
• They have a resource center to help retirees navigate benefits (hired staff funded by annual membership dues).
• Stocks: Meeting with Los Alamos is set up for 3:00 this Friday.
• Also trying to set up meeting with LLNL.

• Governmental Relations
• No new report.

• Annual Meeting – McRae
• Action plan sent out and gone over.
• Congressional people addresses need updating.
• Hightower to send updates to Hubbard.

• Pension Fund Analysis – Gibson
• Updating info.
• 150,000 in defined pension plans in DOE complex.

• By-laws – Swift
• No new report.
• Need to develop work list for next year’s team.

• Executive Committee – Whitehead
• Pension adjustment presentation slides sent out in meeting notice email.
• Courtney has contacted all staffers and sent out our info package.
• Dave & Courtney met with Burchett’s staffer, Jennifer Stansbury.
• She was receptive.
• Offices of Blackburn and Fleischmann have info and are reviewing.
• Hagerty’s office wants to review with us.

• Other Business
• We are working through the annual audit.
• Donna is researching our working on requirement.
• Hightower on IRS Reporting – 990 form submitted; we are playing catch-up.
• IRS wants paper copies.
• CORRE PO box rental payment made.
• Lester paid $212 and needs reimbursed.
• Reimbursement motion made, seconded, approved.
