• Minutes from March meeting – Approved.

• March Treasurer’s Report – Approved.

• CNS – Whitley
• We have gotten zip code retiree information.
• Hightower – Zip code info examined for District 2/District 3 split.
• There is a discrepancy from last year.
• Whitehead – We have data from all except UCOR; UCOR data expected in the next couple of days from Mercer.
• Wasilko – No change in contract status; still good until Sept.

• Golden Services – Whitehead for Rogers
• Meeting time in June set.
• Former guard (Jim McBee) is invited to the Golden meeting.

• UCOR – Manrod
• Will contact Hickey re June meeting.
• Gibson – PORTS/PGDP contract question re ETTP pension plan management; DOE confirmed that it is UCOR.
• Submitted budget questions.
• See Luther’s email.

• UT-Battelle – Hightower
• Setting up May/June meeting.
• No particular issues.
• Gibson – Maybe annual funding notice.
• Stocks – giving mid-year raises to employees.

• Planning – Gibson
• Defer to Pension discussion.

• Nominations – Rogers
• Has sent out email re: intention to serve.
• We have 2 slots available right now.
• Working with Judy re: interest in Board.
• Members to let Judy know if email received.
• Terry Byrd willing to stay as website consultant.

• Website – Hubbard
• Will connect with Terry.

• Other Sites – Stocks
• Continuing to set up contacts with 11 sites.
• Smaller group of 8 with similar benefits re: increases.
• Standifer – INL contact made.
• Gibson – SR flagged for repeating comments by Facebook.

• Government Services – Whitley
• No new report; nothing much happening politically.
• Judy is updating contact info; will send to Terry for website; will include Cam.

• Annual Meeting – McRae
• No new report.
• Standifer – Comment re: use of Facebook.

• Pension Fund Analysis – Gibson
• Watching for DOE budget detail justification.
• ORNL Annual Funding Notice is on the web.
• LLNL/Los Alamos over 100%.
• Whitehead – Is there a list of questions we might use with our contractors?
• Public Witness Testimony – Can we use this process?

• By-laws – Swift
• Mar 8 By-laws sent out for comment.
• Asked for changes from Board members.
• Nothing received; review finished.
• No changes this year.

• Annual Audit – Whitehead
• In contact with Ken Moore.
• Audit not yet done (2019/20/21).
• May need another auditor.

• Executive Committee – Whitehead
• Deliverables plan/status sent to Board members.
• For most info packages, we have raw data; no viewgraph type info yet.
• Brief package on CORRE (who we are/what we do).
• We are now to the point of finalizing the presentation.
• Action plan with dates.
• Congressional Budget Committee is seeking comments.
• May 27 due date.
• Comments go into Congressional Record.
• Fleischmann sits on that subcommittee.
• Whitley – Let him know we are sending in comments.
• Manrod – Action plan to be out this afternoon.
• Exec. Comm. meets on May 5 (can meet in Union Hall).
