No new report.

Simmons & Golden Security LLC – Burton
Lost some vesting rights regarding picking up insurance.
Those who were vested and then left cannot pick insurance back up.
Golden never re-established this process.
Topic will be added to meeting with Golden.

UCOR – Shelton
Process for “automatic” insurance reimbursement startup “glitch.”

Strategic Planning Meeting Agenda and last year’s meeting summary have been distributed.

COLA Letter – Wasilko
Contacted Stephen Howell regarding our letter.
Have not heard back.
Whitehead – We will update our large presentation package and send to Congressmen and Senators soon.

Communications – McSpadden
Updated email list by February.
We can separate into categories.
Have 4700 names in database; not all have emails.
Discussion ensued regarding finding retirees.
2025 CORRE brochure needs to be updated.

Website – Livengood
No new report. Planning to issue a review
Terry is working on mass email capability tie-in to website.

Other Sites – Jessen, Gibson
Nick only has Los Alamos contact.
Idaho (mostly social) has been contacted by CNS Cares.
Idaho/SR distancing themselves from health care companies.
SR newsletter urged contacting legislators about pension COLA.

Annual Meeting – McRae
2026 meeting on Friday, November 6 at 10:00 AM.
Y-12 location (New Hope Center Auditorium) – approved.

Pension Fund Analysis – Gibson
Charts updated.
Outstanding FOIA request regarding pension plans in October budget submittal is pending with no response.
Revised request for contractor retiree information. Whitehead will send out a reminder to the Contractors.

Bylaws – Shelton
Lester Petrie is developing an information document regarding financial position duties and activities that will be separated from the Bylaws.
Targeting amendments out for review in February to the Bylaws Committee.

Executive Committee – Whitehead
Hightower sent out draft CORRE Board/Advisors roster; examine for changes needed.

Other Business – Whitehead
2026 CORRE Board and Advisor list and emails sent out to Board members.
Luther has checked regarding reserving our meeting room in the ATLC Building for 2026. All are reserved.
Jan/Feb CORRE Annual Work Plan status review; action plans due in February.
