• CNS – Whitehead
• No report; meeting scheduled (Sept 29 at 1:00).
• Michele Reichert has replaced Morgan Smith.

• Golden – Whitehead
• No report; no meeting set yet.

• UCOR – Peterson
• Meeting on Sept 9; 15 people.
• Myers replaced with Malarkey.
• Will send minutes out.
• ~80% in pension fund; $15.6M in 2020; $16.8M in 2021.
• Increase to $30M for 3 years to bring fund to 100% proposed.
• Whitehead to send out minutes and presentation to Board only.
• Discussion regarding 2% increase in stipend in UCOR plan.

• UT-Battelle – Hightower
• August 28 meeting; copy of minutes sent out.
• No change in retiree health care budget.
• 50/50 share in health care premium cost to continue.
• Plan description updated.
• Pension management plan $102M in 2020; fully funded in 2029.
• Discussion of NSPS retirees’ spouses.

• Dave Mason has resigned from Board.
• Pete {Peterson to stay on Board as VP.
• Amended slate of officers and members for next year: Approved.

• Bios and photos sent to Terry for website.
• Working on bios and photos for new members for next year.
• Email to communications committee regarding East TN newspapers.
• Need good graphics person.

• Could Jim Rogers replace Dave Mason now?
• Rogers agreed; Hightower moved; Kibbe seconded: Approved.

• Meeting on 21st to dry run.
