No new ones.

CNS – Wasilko
Annual meeting scheduled for May 18 at 10:00.

Simmons and Golden Security LLC – Burton
No report.

UCOR – Shelton

Gibson – K-25 Reunion scheduled for April 25.
Registration form is on CORRE website.
CORRE has a table reserved.
Gibson – Tim Walsh (EM Assistant Secretary) was in town last week.
Discussion followed regarding ETTP nuclear facilities following DOE-Idaho rules rather than NRC.
Discussion followed regarding Legacy Management.

UT-Battelle – Hightower
Planning for May 27 meeting at 1:30 PM on Zoom.

Planning – Gibson
Contractors have requests for retiree numbers and zip codes.

Nominations – Franco
Getting feedback on who is staying/leaving.
We have 2 new members who were approved at the March 2026 Board meeting (Sam Lariviere and Steve Sanders).

Communications – Hill
She demonstrated new CORRE shirts.

No new report.
Mass email system is working.

Other Sites – Jessen
No new report.
Gibson (on his own) is going to SR Annual Meeting next Tuesday.

Governmental Relations – Wasilko
Response from Fleischmann’s office (Stephen Howell).
Our letter was given to the Secretary of Energy.
The Secretary will not honor the letter.
It was suggested that we put the issue on the next contract.
Discussion followed regarding the need for us to rethink our strategy.

Annual Meeting – McRae
New Hope Center is confirmed for November 6.

Pension Fund Analysis – Gibson
Annual Funding Notice from ORNL is available.
Discussion followed regarding various pension funds.

Bylaws – Shelton
Email with changes was sent out to Board members.
We are ready to vote on the new version.
Financial Guidelines are still working.
Revised bylaws were approved unanimously on April 15, 2026.

Executive Committee – Whitehead
No new report.

Other Business – Whitehead
Annual Work Plan status was sent out to Board members.
Hill – UHC increase was discussed.
