• December Treasurer’s Report – Approved.

• 2021 Annual treasurer’s Report – Approved.

• CNS
• Gibson – Protest dismissed for corrective action.
• Wasilko – Shooting for March turnover.
• Whitehead – E-version of brochure to all contractors.

• Golden Services – Rogers
• No new report.

• UCOR – Manrod
• No new report.
• Peterson transition to Manrod sent to UCOR.
• UCOR protest ongoing.

• UT-Battelle – Hightower
• No new report.

• Planning – Gibson
• Agenda out in 2-3 weeks for 2022 activities meeting.

• Nominations – Rogers
• We need a replacement for Judy.
• Whitehead – We need to look for guard organization retiree for Board.

• Communications—Kibbe
• No new report.

• Website – Hubbard
• No new report.
• Transition from Manrod to Hubbard.
• Whitehead – This will be important re pension increase initiative.

• Other Sites – Stocks
• Developing spreadsheets of other DOE, NNSA sites with Wikipedia links to contractor links.
• 18 sites identified.
• Brookhaven retirees organization looks most like ours.

• Government Relations – Whitley
• No new report.
• Garry has legislative staffers as neighbors.

• Annual Meeting – McRae
• No new report.

• Pension Fund Analysis – Gibson
• DOE wanted funding to be indirect, not line item.
• Pension and operating funds are co-mingled.
• Overhead cost to DOE.
• Direct at K-25 to UCOR.
• DOE Office of Legacy Management pensions to private annuity contractor.
• Legacy Management is for sites with no continuing mission, such as Fernald and Rocky Flats.
• DUF6 at Paducah and Portsmouth likely transferred from ETTP plan DUF6 plan; it’s a “this year” activity.

• By-Laws – Swift
• No new report.
• Mini-review this year.
• Get together in March.

• Other Business – Whitehead
• Committee organization and Annual Work Plan sent to members.
• Roles & Responsibilities write-ups for committees in the works.

• Executive Committee Meeting
• Manrod’s minutes sent out to members.
• Manrod – Summarized meeting minutes.
• Question – What route does CORRE want to take?
• Whitehead – Lots of personal effort meeting with congressional staffers in previous effort. Congressional people did not want to be identified as helping CORRE.
• Issue – Getting defensible data.
• Manrod – Suggest the status of an OR employee right now as a starting point.
• Whitehead – Feel compelled to go forward with this but need full Board support. Asked for Board consensus to go forward.
• Motion to go forward with the process (Angelelli).
• Seconded (McRae).
• Approved unanimously.
• Executive Committee Action Plan is next.
