• September Minutes – Approved.

• Treasurer’s Report – Approved.

• CNS – Gibson
• Received current data regarding distribution of CNS retirees by their home zip code.

• Golden Services – Rogers
• Disrtibuted write-up of August annual meeting between CORRE and Golden Services to attendees for their review.
• Received current data regarding distribution of Golden Services retirees by their home zip code.

• UCOR – Peterson
• UCOR annual benefits enrollment notice sent to retirees.
• UCOR providing a $4/month health care stipend increase, premiums were not increased.

• UT-Battelle – Hightower
• UT-B issued notice of modest increases in health care premiums and prescription drug plan costs effective June 2022.

• Planning – Gibson
• 2021 Strategic Plan information available on CORRE web site.

• Nominations – Rogers
• No new report, requisite effort completed in prior month.

• Communications – Kibbe
• Emails sent regarding annual meeting, received inquiries for Zoom meeting information.
• Received e-mail from retiree inquiring about possibility of pension increase given the Social Security cost of living adjustment of 5.9% in 2022. Dave Whitehead will respond.

• Website – Manrod
• Posted 2021 Strategic Plan information.
• Continuing content update.
• Will review and, as needed, revise process for fielding member requests sent to the web site.

• Other Sites – Stocks
• No new report.

• Legislative – Whitley
• No new report.

• Annual Meeting - Mc Rae
• Preparatory actions for the November 2021 Annual CORRE Member Meeting are approximately 95% complete.

• Pension Fund Analysis – Gibson
• Form 5500s for Oak Ridge DOE prime contractors are available and under review by CORRE. The forms are an annual pension fund analysis detailing changes in each company’s pension fund, participation therein and relevant contractor assumptions in fund administration.

• By-laws – Swift
• No new report.

• Other Business
• Whitehead – conducted dry run of Annual Meeting presentation.
• Gibson – discussed CORRE response to contact from individual who informed CORRE of potential legislative changes to EEOICPA. The response reiterated CORRE’s mission is on retiree benefits. He was thanked for information sent as it elucidates issues faced by DOE pensioners.
