• DOE preparing to issue RFP.

• UT-Battelle – Hightower
• Working to set up time and agenda for meeting.
• There is an issue with May 18.
• Alternatives are May 16 or 25.
• Fleischmann may attend open house.

• Feb. 1 meeting report sent out with Board meeting notice.

• $1.00 in 1998 is now $1.85.
• OR Environmental Advisory Board
• Recommendations on FY 25 Budget.
• Discussion of pension impacts.

• Draft of proposed amendments discussed at meeting.
• Issuing formal notice of amendments on track.

• Executive Committee – Whitehead
• Meeting with Fleischmann, Hagerty, Blackburn staffers on Feb. 28.
• Gave them updated package.
• About an hour meeting.
• They exhibited understanding and willingness to help.
• Will send out contact information for representatives.
• They will pass our information on to appropriate people in their offices.
• Updated information sent to Burchett’s representative; on to deputy chief of staff.

• IRS Reporting Resolution – Hightower
• Looking into how to reinstate our tax status.
• Requires $600 fee.
• Whitehead has drafted letter authorizing Hightower to represent CORRE and file 1024 report for our corporation.
• Motion is needed to authorize Hightower.
• Motion made/seconded/approved.
• Email sent to Hightower and Angelelli on March 14.
• Board Expenditures and Reimbursements – Whitehead
• Regarding by-laws with respect to reimbursements, will add agenda item on this topic.
• 3 requests this month.
• Copies for congressional staffers meeting -- $70.26.
• Hightower expenditure to state for report -- $20.64.
• Fee for 1024 report -- $600.00.
• Motion to approve requests made/seconded/approved.
