CNS – Wasilko
Moving CNS meeting to May or June.
Hightower – shoot for May.
Still trying to reach Stephen Howell (Fleischmann staffer).

UCOR – Shelton
Stephanie Strickland – Jan/Feb reimbursements posted.
Automatic reimbursements for health care premiums.
Gibson -- K25 Reunion last Saturday in April (4/25/2026).
Tim Walsh is coming to town.

Planning – Gibson
Summary of Planning Meeting sent out.

There are 3 contractors at SR.
They are trying to reach out to their congressmen.

Governmental Relations – Harding
No Fleischmann response yet.
Gibson drafted letter to President Trump.
Wasilko – Do we work up the food chain?
Wasilko to check with Congressman’s staffer.

Annual Meeting – McRae

Pension Fund Analysis - Gibson
Has not talked to Idaho regarding pension fund,
Inflation is at 2.4%.

ByLaws – Shelton
Reworking membership definition.
There are 9 articles with respect to membership.
Details of Treasurer’s work will be in a Guidelines document not included in the Bylaws. Petrie will prepare this document.
Drafts of Bylaws changes will be out to committee in a week.
End of March is target to send revised Bylaws to the Board for review/approval.

Executive Committee – Whitehead
Already covered in Governmental Relations.

Other Business -- Whitehead
McSpadden will transition from Board member to Board advisor. Approved by the Board unanimously.
Vacancy is consequently created.
Jama Hill nominated to succeed Sam as Communications Director.
Approved by the Board unanimously.
The Board will fill vacancies created during the year.
Bylaws point to the Nominations Committee to provide candidates to the Board for approval.
A few days after the meeting, Beverly Lomax submitted her resignation due to personal reasons. Thus, two candidates are being developed by the Nominations Committee..
