• Minutes – Approved.

• Treasurer’s Report – Approved.

• CNS – Whitley
• No contact regarding meeting request.
• Will get in touch with Diana or Larry (Whitehead)

• Golden Services – No report; no meeting set up.

• UCOR – Peterson
• Zoom meeting set for September 9.
• Pre age 65 CIGNA holiday in August.
• $4 increase in stipend for next year ($2592/yr).

• UT-Battelle – Hightower
• Zoom meeting set for August 26.
• Will ask if they will take Golden spouses who lost health care coverage.
• Golden has 1-year contract with 4 1-year extensions.
• Discussion regarding number of people involved.

• Planning – Gibson
• Website is being set up for CNS contract replacement.
• Asked for comments on draft RFP by end of the month.
• Luther sent out draft letter for our comments.
• UCOR RFP was posted yesterday.
• Comments by 09/17.
• Contract extended until next July.
• Lots of detail regarding benefit programs.

• Nominations
• Pretty well wrapped up for next year.
• Discussion regarding bios (Kibbe).

• Communications – Kibbe
• Should we put committee assignments, officers on website?
• Dave will send committee assignment spreadsheet to Judy.

• Website – Manrod
• Website up and working well.

• Legislative – Whitley
• Need letter to legislative officials, local officials letting them know what we expect.
• Discussion ensued.
• Where will be NNSA team working the RFP (Whitley).

• Annual Meeting – McRae
• Has proposed plan.
• Discussion regarding adjusted dates; move meeting to early October?
• Discussion involving invitees; participation may increase.
• Hightower to develop email lists for invitees.
• We will advertise with contact number.
• Discussion regarding local newspapers; Kibbe sends out press releases.
• Discussion regarding dates; settled on October 26 at 10:00.

• Pension Fund Analysis – Gibson
• No report.

• Other – Whitehead
• Committee responsibility statements still needed.
• Contracts status sent out.
• Golden up in December 2020; question regarding extension.
• CNS/UCOR already discussed.
• No mention of K-25 in RFP; just X-10, Y-12.
• UCOR should be wrapped up by end of Dec 2020 (Peterson).
• Discussion regarding where K-25 retirees would go in new contract.
• UT-Battelle has gotten 5-year extension (July 2020).
