Simmons-Golden – Burton
Contract to move to EM.

UCOR – Shelton
Annual meeting scheduled for September 24.
Reunion Committee – No report.

UT -Battelle – Hightower
No ne report.

CNS – Wasilko/Jessen
Meeting was held with Gene Seivers
Approximately $4.3M is needed to apply a COLA for Y-12 retirees for 1 year; $8.6M is needed for all of Oak Ridge.

Annual Meeting – McRae
Preparing to send out invitation letters.

Planning – Gibson
No new report.

Nominations – Franco
Jama Hill to resign.
Sheila Thornton to take over Communications Committee.
Thornton’s appointment was approved by the board.

Communications – Thornton
Working on Action Plan.
We now have 1516 email addresses from 4634 entries.
Terry Byrd Report --
Mass email is super expensive.
He has been working with Sam McSpadden.
He has found a $20/mo plan.
The plan needs testing; example emails; step by step.
Whitehead – Let’s use Annual Meeting emails as examples.

Website – Byrd/Laveriere
Contacts must be kept up to date.
Byrd – Maybe add key items we are working.
Show retirees what we are doing for them.
Add monthly news – not PDF.

Pension Fund Analysis – Gibson
COL numbers haven’t changed much from last 2-3 months.

Bylaws – Shelton
Financial Guidelines have been sent to Franco and Hanline.
Want to meet with Petrie.

Work Plan update has been sent out.
We are committed to work a table at CWP event in Oak Ridge on September 9.
There was a question about John Clayton’s Annual Review.
Our PO Box is in Jama Hill’s name and needs to be changed.
