• Minutes (Nov) – Approved.

• Minutes (Annual Meeting) – Approved.

• Treasurer’s Report (Nov) – Approved.

• CNS
• Nothing new.
• Dave is going to send out a list of what CNS committed to do.

• Golden Services
• No meeting set up; working on meeting plan.
• Jim Rogers will be contact team lead.
• Golden services is on an annual contract.
• ORNL would take pensionable spouses.

• UCOR – Peterson
• Letters out on requests for reimbursement.
• No contact with John Hickey in the last month.
• No problems have surfaced.
• Rogers issue – Letter from discovery benefits regarding increase in life insurance premiums – Not real – Tear it up.
• SPM – Securian Voluntary Life Policy.

• UT-Battelle – Hightower
• Dave had asked for pension plan tutorial.
• Gibson has sent out information email.
• Discussion ensued.

• Planning – Gibson
• Will have meeting on Jan 13, 2021 at 10:00.
• Committee organization sheet will be sent out soon.
• We will continue to push current issues – spouse option, benefits.

• Nominations -- No report.
• Rogers will head nominations committee for next year.

• Communications – Kibbe -- No report.

• Website – Manrod
• Wealth of information there – some dated, some redundant.
• Working on embellishments.

• Other Sites -- No report.
• Gibson – SR had Medicare tutorial online.

• Annual Meeting -- No report.

• Pension Fund Analysis – Gibson
• Already discussed.

• Bylaws – Swift
• Will organize committee meeting in January.
• Asked for any requested input.
• Plan to complete by June.
• Plan to present changes at one Board meeting and vote on them at the next meeting.

• Other Business – Whitehead
• Will have new committee organization sheet.
• Will ask for action plans.
• Manrod – Will ask about a private section on website.
• Angelelli – Will finish 2021 Board Roster.
