• December Treasurer’s Report – Approved.

• CNS – Wasilko/Whitley
• No new report.
• Shirley Cox visiting.
• CNS does not want to talk about their pension increase effort.

• Golden Services – Burton
• No new report.
• They are in last year of their contract.

• UCOR – Manrod
• Sending 2 W2 forms to retirees who receive life insurance payments
• 2 EIN numbers.

• UT-Battelle – Hightower
• Zoom meeting in May.
• Zachariah has stepped down. Jeff Smith is interim Lab Director

• Planning – Gibson
• February 1 planning meeting.
• Agenda out soon.
• Strategic Plan changes to be discussed.
• Reporting requirements to be discussed.
• Dave to send out 2023 Work Plan draft.

• Nominations – Wasilko
• Mike Morris resigned in December, leaving an open slot.
• Shirley Cox (Y-12) is considering coming onto the Board.

• Communications – Kibbe
• Looking to improve email communications.

• Website – Hubbard
• Lots of activity coming up. Added committee members accordingly.

• Pulsing SR on contract request.

• Gibson – Bills our congressional people introduced discussed.

• Annual Meeting

• Pension Fund Analysis – Gibson
• Annual Funding Notices out in April for January 1, 2022 snapshot.

• By-laws – Shelton
• Will get with Janet Swift.

• Executive Committee – Whitehead/Manrod
• Have met with Burchett’s local team; no additional feedback.
• No feedback yet from Fleischmann.
• Shelton drafting form letters to be used by CORRE members to contact congressional reps. directly.

• Annual review of CORRE treasurer’s account discussed.
• Hightower – IRS reporting resolution.
• Review of our situation.
• 990 EZ form for this year.
• 2023 committee organization sent out with meeting announcement.
• Social media planning – Hubbard to chair task team to address issue.
• Whitley – Email is not working any more.
• Whitley – CIGNA has bought Express Scripts; some drug stores won’t accept CIGNA.
