• CNS – Gibson/Wasilko
• Have draft agenda for 07/14 WEBEX meeting.
• Contract extension for at least 2 ½ years, to include PANTEX.

• Golden – Rogers
• Met on Monday; McBee joined meeting.
• Spouse medical benefits issue discussed.
• They have Humana Advantage plan for retirees over 65 (spouses not included).

• UCOR
• July 26 in-person meeting at 701 Scarboro Rd; AGRE to attend also.
• UCOR in transition now; UCOR is on Facebook campaign.

• UT-Battelle – Hightower
• May 26 meeting.
• Committed to cost sharing.
• Discussed pension fund calculation.
• No real issues.

• Planning – Gibson
• 50/50 cost share issue.
• Contractors calculate their share differently (Whitehead).
• We have sources for inflation numbers.

• Nominations – Rogers
• 6 openings; making calls.
• 2 have shown interest.

• Communications – Kibbe
• New email provider (proton mail).
• Judy to send message to email distribution regarding serving on CORRE Board.

• No new report.
• Candidates’ write-ups to go out on web by August 1.

• COL increase try rejected.
• Board no longer meets.
• Having trouble making contact with LANL.
• Asked for committee meeting next week.

• Annual Meeting – McRae
• Filling out Action Plan.
• Shared plan on screen.
• Will send to members.

• Pension Fund Analysis – Gibson
• No new report.

• By-laws
• No new report.
• Hightower – Need to define IRS and State of Tennessee reporting requirements and responsibilities to submit.

• Executive Committee – Whitehead
• 2nd draft of presentation done.
• Action Plan says to meet with legislators in July/August.
• Last change was in 2004 to set minimum of $600/mo with 20 years of service.
• No COLA since 1998; will ask for continued COLA.

• Other Business
• Discussion of audit issues.
• Discussion of IRS reporting.
• Hightower: Move that the Board grant authorization to pay for using David Carr to help us file the correct forms for back taxes and help us renew our tax exempt status.
