• April Treasurer’s Report – Approved.

• IRS Filing for Last Year
• Office in West Virginia gave us guidance.
• Gibson brought up Corporate Transparency Act.

• CNS
• We have zip code info.
• Time to work on July meeting agenda.

• Golden Services
• Golden requested that we not have a meeting since their contract is up.
• Contract can go to the end of October with extensions.
• We have no zip code info yet.

• UCOR
• We plan to meet on July 24.
• We are waiting on their zip code info.

• UT-Battelle – Hightower
• We met on May 9.
• Summary report sent to CORRE Board.
• $21M would be needed for spouse option.
• $700M would be needed for COLA.
• Gibson – Question about health care coverage.
• Hightower – There are now slightly more retirees in District 2 than in District 3.
• We have ORNL zip code data,

• Planning – Gibson
• No new report.

• Nominations
• No new report.
• Members can nominate for Board by July 1.

• Communications/Website – McSpadden
• Newsletter discussion.
• 1st newsletter is on website now.
• We will highlight care providers.
• Kibbe – Does our membership know that our newsletter is on website?
• Guest (Parish) – Planning weekend reunion for next year.

• Annual Meeting – McRae
• Got New Hope Center thru Wasilko.
• Aim for 10:00 am on November 8.

• Pension Fund Analysis – Gibson
• Discussion of total DOE obligation, contractor positions.
• Lee – We should have a number for our pension initiative.
• Discussion of Annual Funding Notices.
• Lee —Money must be earmarked.

• By-laws – Shelton
• Notice of proposed amendment out next week.
• Vote on June 12; need 2/3 to pass.

• Pension Increase Initiative – Whitehead
• We update with inflation rate changes and send to congressional reps.

• Still looking for financial review replacement.
• We should give financial archives to Treasurer.
• We spent $98 for picture books for reunion.
