CNS – Wasilko
Contractor meeting postponed to 8:30,May 21, 2026.

Simmons-Golden – Burton
No report.

UCOR – Shelton
K-25 Reunion follow-up (Gibson)
Next Reunion scheduled for April 24, 2027.
Legacy Management Transition Plan extended to 2037.
UHC letter regarding Covenant – no agreement between them yet.
Need to set agenda for annual contractor meeting.

UT-Battelle – Hightower
Zoom contractor meeting scheduled for 1:30 PM, May 27, 2026.
COLA funding request is on the agenda – need to keep requesting.
Discussion regarding issues with respect to putting people in zip codes with Tennessee State redistricting.

Planning – Gibson
No new report.

Nominations – Franco
We will need 3-5 new members in 2027.
We will have to replace Secretary and Treasurer. Nominations Committee is working.
Communications – Hill
No new report.
We have names from the K-25 Reunion attendees to add to our database.

Website – Livengood
There are issues transferring Word documents into our site (Shelton). This will be addressed as the website content is updated.

Other Sites – Jessen
Gibson attended Savannah River Annual Meeting, gave summary report.

Governmental Relations – Harding
No new report.

CORRE Annual Meeting – McRae
Working the process action plan.

Pension Fund Analysis – Gibson
Discussion of Annual Pension Fund Notices.

Bylaws – Shelton
Will need to get with Lester Petrie and John Clayton regarding Financial Guidelines document.

Executive Committee – Whitehead
Report on May 7, 2026 WBIR Television interview.
Ray Smith volunteered to write an article for the Oak Ridger regarding our pension issues.

Other Business – Whitehead
2026 CORRE Board AWP status review.
